The rules for using CareSafari. Free for caregivers and nurses, always; the jobs are posted by the agencies that will employ you, and the hiring decision is theirs.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Caryfy, LLC ("Caryfy", "we", "us"), the publisher of CareSafari™ (the "Site"), including the website at caresafari.com, the CareSafari text and phone service, and the resume agent (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a home care agency, you also agree on its behalf, and the agency's CareBravo® agreement with Caryfy governs its use of CareBravo and takes priority over these Terms where they conflict.
CareSafari shows caregiver, nurse aide, home health aide and nurse jobs posted by licensed home care agencies ("Agencies") from their own CareBravo accounts, and lets you apply to them. CareSafari is not an employer, staffing agency or employment agency. We do not employ you, place you, or decide who is hired. Each Agency is the employer for the jobs it posts and makes its own hiring decisions.
The Service is free for job seekers. We never charge you to search, make a profile, apply, use the resume agent or receive texts. Agencies pay Caryfy for CareBravo; no Agency pays to be placed above another on CareSafari.
You must be at least 16 and old enough to work in home care where you live, and able to form a binding agreement. You may only apply for jobs you are seeking for yourself.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Keep your phone and codes private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@caryfy.ai if you think someone else has used it. Keep your profile accurate and up to date, especially certificate and license details and expiry dates.
Agencies are responsible for their postings, and promise us that each posting is for a real, current opening; shows their actual pay range and hours; complies with employment, wage, pay-transparency and anti-discrimination laws; and that they hold the licenses required to provide care in that state. Agencies may ask applicants only lawful, job-related questions and may use applications only to consider the applicant for employment.
We may review, edit for format, or remove any posting, and suspend any Agency, that we believe is inaccurate, unlawful, filled, or against these Terms. If a posting is wrong, or your offer differs from the posted pay range, tell us and we will look into it.
CareSafari Jobs text messages: text JOBS to our number to receive nearby job openings and to apply by text. You will receive job matches, application updates and alerts you turn on. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you text us again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@caryfy.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of applying for any job.
If you apply by phone, the call is recorded and transcribed to create your profile, and you will be told so at the start of the call. By continuing the call you consent to the recording.
The resume agent uses automated tools, including AI, to write up the experience you describe. It is designed to use only your words and documents, but it can make mistakes. Review every line before you approve it. You are responsible for the accuracy of any resume or application you send. You own your resume and may use it anywhere.
Agency scores are calculated from caregivers' own one-tap ratings after shifts in CareBravo and are shown as totals. Agencies cannot edit or remove them. Scores are information to help you decide, not a guarantee or an endorsement by Caryfy of any Agency.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of what you give us: your profile, documents, words and recordings ("Your Content"). You give Caryfy a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, format and transmit Your Content only to run the Service for you, including sending it to the Agencies you apply to. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies already sent to an Agency at your request and records we must keep by law.
The Site, its design, text and software, and the names CareSafari™, CareBravo®, Autonomous Care OS® and their logos belong to Caryfy or its licensors. You may use the Site for your own job search. You may not copy, sell or reuse it, or use our names or logos, without our written permission. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
CareSafari is open to everyone. We do not permit job postings or screening questions that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Our application never asks about these, and Agencies may not add questions that do.
Every Agency is responsible for complying with equal employment opportunity laws in its hiring. If you believe a posting or an Agency has treated you unfairly, tell us at support@caryfy.ai; we will review it and may remove the posting or the Agency. You may also contact the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or your state agency.
We want everyone to be able to find work through CareSafari, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or a basic phone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, and we offer ways in that need no smartphone or data: text JOBS to apply by text, call to apply by voice, or use CareSafari lite, a text-only page that loads on a weak signal.
If something on the Site is hard for you to use, or you need an application in another format, email support@caryfy.ai with "Accessibility" in the subject. Tell us the page and the problem; we will help you apply another way and work to fix it.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CARYFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY JOB OR AGENCY INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE, OR THAT YOU WILL BE HIRED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF AGENCIES, INCLUDING THEIR POSTINGS, HIRING DECISIONS OR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CARYFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST WAGES, EARNINGS OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY AGENCY. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS FREE TO JOB SEEKERS, CARYFY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100).
Some states do not allow certain of these exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
If you use the Service on behalf of an Agency, the Agency will defend and indemnify Caryfy against third-party claims arising from its postings, its hiring and employment practices, or its breach of these Terms. If you use the Service as a job seeker, you are responsible for claims arising from information you knowingly submit that is false or infringes someone else's rights.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or the law, puts others at risk, or is fraudulent. Where we can, we will tell you why. Sections 11 to 20 continue after your account closes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@caryfy.ai so we can try to resolve it informally within 60 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and Caryfy consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where it qualifies. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer or employment laws of the state where you live.
We may change these Terms. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you on the Site or by text or email before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Caryfy about the Service.
