The short version: your profile goes only to the agency you choose to apply to. Nobody can search for you, nobody pays us for your details, and we never sell them.

CareSafari™ (the "Site") is a job site for caregivers, nurse aides, home health aides and nurses. It is published by Caryfy, LLC ("Caryfy", "we", "us"), the company that makes CareBravo®, the system home care agencies use to run their shifts. Every job on CareSafari is posted by a home care agency ("Agency") from its own CareBravo account.
This Policy explains what we collect when you use CareSafari on the web, by text message or by phone, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
Once you apply to an Agency, that Agency receives a copy of your application and becomes responsible for it under its own policies and employment law. This Policy does not cover what an Agency does with an application after it receives it, or how an Agency handles client or patient health information inside CareBravo. That is governed by the CareBravo agreements and the Agency's own notices.
We ask only what is needed to match you to a job and to apply. We never ask your age or date of birth (beyond confirming you are old enough to work), marital status, disability or health condition, national origin, citizenship, religion, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, genetic information, or salary history. Please do not include them in anything you send us. If an Agency must confirm something for the job, such as eligibility to work in the US or a background check, it does that directly with you, under its own process, after you apply.
When you use the Site we collect basic technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that sent you, and the approximate location derived from your IP address or the ZIP you enter. We use this to show jobs near you, keep the Site working and secure, and understand which pages help people.
Agencies give us their job postings: role, pay range, hours, location and start date. When an Agency opens, answers or updates your application, we record that so you can see it in your profile. Agency scores shown on job cards come from caregivers' own shift ratings in CareBravo and are shown as totals; individual ratings are not linked to you on CareSafari.
If you already work for an Agency on CareBravo and sign in with the same mobile number, we may connect your CareSafari profile to your CareBravo account so your certificates and documents carry over. You will see when this has happened, and you can ask us to separate them.
We do not use your information to make hiring decisions. Agencies decide who they hire. Any matching or sorting we do is to show you relevant jobs, not to rank or reject you.
Your profile page shows every Agency that has received your information. If you sign up for the optional Carepeer newsletter, the address you give goes to the newsletter only; the Agency never sees that choice.
If you text JOBS or apply by text, we use your mobile number to send you job matches and application updates. You agree to receive those messages when you text us or turn on alerts. Message frequency varies with your requests and alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is never a condition of applying.
If you apply by phone, the call is recorded and transcribed so it can become your profile. You will hear this at the start of the call, and you can hang up or apply on the web instead. You can listen to, correct or delete the recording from your profile, or by contacting us.
The resume agent and the application chat use automated tools, including AI language models from our service providers, to turn what you say into clear text. They work only from your words and your documents; they must not add skills, dates or employers you did not give. You approve every line before anything is saved or sent. We do not allow our providers to use your words to train their general models.
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage that the Site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages help. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features, such as staying signed in, may stop working.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access limited to people who need it, and sign-in by a one-time code to your phone. No system is perfectly secure. Keep your phone locked and do not share sign-in codes. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information within 30 days, except what we must keep by law or to resolve a dispute.
Write to support@caryfy.ai with "CareSafari privacy" in the subject. We will confirm it is you, usually by a code to your mobile number, and reply within 30 days (45 where state law allows). We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and Oregon) may have rights to know, access, correct, delete and port their personal information, and to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of; you may still contact us to confirm. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for proof of authority and ask you to confirm your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will answer within the time the law requires.
California notice at collection. The categories we collect are listed in section 3 (identifiers, professional and employment-related information, audio recordings if you apply by phone, internet activity, and approximate location). We use them for the purposes in section 4, disclose them only as in section 5, and keep them as in section 11. Certificate and license numbers and government ID images you upload are sensitive personal information; we use them only to send to the Agency you apply to and to verify your credentials, never to infer anything about you.
CareSafari is for people who are old enough to work in home care in their state, and in any case at least 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
CareSafari is run from the United States and stores data with US-based cloud providers. Some of our service providers or affiliates may process information in other countries under written contracts that require protection at least equal to this Policy.
We may update this Policy. We will change the effective date above and, if a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, tell you on the Site or by text or email before it takes effect.
